Job Title: Business Continuity and Crisis/Event Management Specialist
Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222, Strongsville, OH 44136, Birmingham, AL 35233, Farmers Branch, TX 75234 & Phoenix, AZ 85016.
Must be willing to be 5 days onsite in any of the hub locations.
Must be authorized to work on a W2 with us.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Ø Technology incident response, response to major disaster events (hurricane, physical security, etc)
Ø Oversees testing, emergency response, and recovery.
Ø Guides the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective.
Ø Supports business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning.
Ø Provides support and expertise during live events.
Ø Conducts, communicates, and maintains business continuity lifecycle.
Ø Monitors and reports on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results.
Ø Supports businesses in relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues.
Ø Develops, enhances and disseminates information on continuity processes, standards and initiatives. Provides support for the development and delivery of training on business continuity
Ø Acts as liaison between the team and the rest of the business to communicate disruption response.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Ø Crisis management
Ø Incident response, event response
Ø Enterprise experience
Ø Business Resiliency/Continuity experience
Ø Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint (Microsoft Office Suite)
Ø Adherence to internal risks and controls
Ø Experience with Regulatory and/or Audit exams
Ø ServiceNow
Ø Experience with technology risk within financial institutions.
FLEX SKILLS:
Ø Crisis Management Application (Everbridge, Visual Command Center (VCC), and VEOCI)
Ø Proficiency in Tableau
Ø Experience with Fusion Risk Management (BCH Business Continuity Hub)
Ø Analytical background
Ø Experience with KY3P (know your third party)
Ø CBCP certification/DRI certification
