Job Description Position Summary ECS is seeking an Information Exchange Engineer - Senior to support the ARNG ENOCS program by designing and implementing robust system-to-system integrations and secure data exchange solutions. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless interoperability between enterprise systems, adhering to DoD cybersecurity and data governance requirements. This position is integral to maintaining the integrity and reliability of information exchange processes within the broader enterprise program, directly contributing to mission success.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities - Design and implement secure data exchange solutions for enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain interface control documentation to support system integrations.
- Ensure encrypted data transmission and validate interoperability across platforms.
- Collaborate with application, database, and infrastructure teams to ensure data integrity.
- Align integration efforts with DoD cybersecurity policies and data governance standards.
- Lead initiatives to support reliable information exchange across multiple enterprise platforms.
- Validate interface functionality and support compliance with enterprise integration requirements.
- Oversee the development of APIs or service interfaces to facilitate system-to-system communication.
- Implement secure data transmission mechanisms to support interoperability.
Required Skills Required Qualifications - Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Intermediate proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in system integration within DoD or Federal IT environments
- Proven experience in designing and implementing secure data exchange solutions
- Demonstrated ability to develop interface control documentation and design APIs
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity policies and enterprise integration requirements
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications - Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience with ARNG or similar military IT environments
- Familiarity with DoD data governance standards and practices
- Advanced knowledge of secure data transmission mechanisms
- Proven track record in supporting enterprise application interoperability
- Ability to lead technical teams in complex integration projects
