Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Consultant with 10+ years of SAP experience who can independently handle client engagements, lead warehouse management implementations, and deliver end-to-end EWM solutions. The candidate should have strong functional expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to manage complete project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse management requirements.
Design and configure SAP EWM solutions aligned with business processes.
Independently manage client discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), configuration documents, and process flows.
Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW developments.
Manage integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM.
Lead UAT, testing cycles, and go-live support.
Provide post-go-live support and optimization of warehouse processes.
Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance.
Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation and support.
Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
Experience in warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, internal movements, RF framework, wave management, and labor management.
Experience integrating EWM with SAP Materials Management, SAP Sales and Distribution, and SAP Production Planning.
Strong understanding of warehouse automation and logistics processes.
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multiple full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
Experience with decentralized and embedded EWM.
Knowledge of RF devices, barcode integration, and warehouse automation systems.
SAP EWM certification is a plus.
