As a ServiceNow Application Analyst, you will:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Application Analyst to support and enhance our ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on the Timekeeping module, reporting, and dashboard development. This role is critical to addressing a current capability gap on the team and will play a key part in delivering actionable insights to leadership through data-driven reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

ServiceNow Citizen Developer or ServiceNow Architect certification is required for this role.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including independent navigation, configuration, and analysis within the platform
Proven experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Timekeeping module (required)
Demonstrated ability to design and build ServiceNow dashboards and reports that deliver meaningful metrics and insights to leadership
Experience creating data rollups and analytics for:
- SLA reporting
- Capacity management dashboards
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and present it in a clear, executive-friendly format
Experience working with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary analyst for the ServiceNow Timekeeping module, supporting configuration, enhancements, and day to day functionality
Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports to deliver operational metrics and executive-level insights
Develop and manage SLA reporting and capacity management dashboards, including data rollups and trend analysis
Analyze operational and performance data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, presenting findings in an executive-friendly format
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow reporting and reporting solutions
Work independently in a remote environment to deliver high-quality outputs while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and platform best practices

The ideal candidate will have: Proven hands on experience with ServiceNow, particularly the Timekeeping module, strong expertise in executive level dashboards and reporting, and a ServiceNow Citizen Developer or Architect certification.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60 - $65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
