Role Overview

We are looking for an adaptable IT Project Manager to lead complex platform initiatives and drive digital transformation. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from scope and timelines to stakeholder expectations. You will act as the primary coordinator between business leaders and our technical teams (including the Tech Lead and developers) to deliver high-quality, stable, and performant solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the bridge between business units and the technical team, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
  • Scope & Resource Control: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Tech Lead and development team to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

 

Quality Assurance: Oversee the transition from development to production, ensuring solutions are stable and meet performance benchmarks.

Required Skillset & Qualifications

  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Tooling: Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, or Trello).

 

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

  • ServiceNow Exposure: Prior experience working on projects involving the ServiceNow platform is a significant plus but not required.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications.
  • Technical Background: A general understanding of ITIL processes or cloud-based platform environments.

  • Reliability: Consistently meeting project milestones and maintaining a high standard for solution stability.
  • Efficiency: Proactively identifying and resolving project risks before they impact delivery timelines.
