About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP IT Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP CRM, SAP
SD, and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate brings deep functional knowledge, handson
consulting experience, and a proven track record of successfully driving SAP implementation and
support projects endtoend. This role involves coordination with global stakeholders, managing
crossfunctional teams, and ensuring highquality project delivery within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Lead and manage SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects, ensuring ontime
and highquality delivery.
Oversee endtoend project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, design,
configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, and ongoing support.
Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and resource planning.
Work closely with onsite and offshore teams to drive seamless execution.
SAP Functional Expertise
Strong handson experience in SAP CRM, SAP SD, and S/4HANA environments.
Must have executed 2 or more full lifecycle SAP implementations with deep exposure to
blueprinting, configuration, and integration.
Expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including:
o Sales Order Management
o Pricing
o Credit Management
o Billing
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work with Finance, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and
deliver E2E business solutions.
Collaborate with developers, architects, integration teams, and QA to ensure solution accuracy
and performance.
Technical & Functional Delivery
Strong experience working with WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions,
Enhancements, Forms).
Lead data conversion activities and Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
Translate business requirements into high-quality Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
and solution proposals.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting support and ensure system performance and reliability.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, technical teams, and leadership
stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive summaries.
Ensure business satisfaction and maintain a high standard of communication and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to SAP CRM, SD, and S/4HANA.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations in relevant modules.
Deep knowledge of SAP configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex business
requirements.
Experience in WRICEF development coordination, data migration, and master data
management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global teams.
Proven ability to manage complex IT projects in a multivendor, multigeography environment.
