Summary

Marketing & Communication Internship Throughout the intensive 10-week summer program, participants engage in a structured professional development curriculum featuring:

This position provides exposure to key business divisions including Actuarial Services, Asset Management, Business Management, Corporate Strategy and Development, Financial Analysis and Accounting, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Law and Policy, Marketing and Communications, Product and Business Development, Retirement Solutions, Risk and Compliance, Technology, and Wealth Management. Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Complete projects assigned by your manager, which will differ based on your functional focus but may include:
    • Assisting in data collection and analysis.
  • Helping develop client journeys to make recommendations to optimize current client experience.
  • Inventorying marketing and communication material to determine opportunities for improvement.
  • Helping map Marketing processes and identify steps for improvement.
  • Preparing draft presentations for leadership.
  • Attend company functions, including trainings programs, speaker series, lunch-and-learns and social networking events that provide opportunities for career growth and personal development.
  • Shadow multiple office jobs and trains in a variety of tasks.
  • Gain experience and an overall feel for the company and the financial services industry.

Areas of focus: Communications, Advertising, Marketing Analytics, Content Marketing, Social Media, Client Marketing, Brand Marketing, or another marketing-related area of focus.

  • Current enrolled in a degree-seeking program with expected graduation date between May 2028 - June 2030
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S., and not require current or future work visa sponsorship to retain authorization to work in the U.S.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
