Job Description:

We are seeking a Java Technical Lead with 8–12 years of experience in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, Oracle, and PL/SQL, along with the ability to drive projects, collaborate with business stakeholders, and lead development teams in delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.
Prior experience working on projects for or within Apple
Develop and maintain RESTful Web Services and event-driven applications using Kafka.
Design, optimize, and support Oracle databases, including complex PL/SQL programming and database performance tuning.
Gather business requirements, conduct functional analysis, create technical design documents, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with business users, architects, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor development team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and database-related issues.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and adherence to development best practices.
Support Agile development methodologies and participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
