About the Role

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Developer to support and enhance our Oracle Fusion Financials environment, with a primary focus on Purchasing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable. This role will be responsible for production support, system integrations, reporting, and application enhancements within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion ERP Support
  • Provide production support for Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Procurement modules.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve incidents, and support month-end financial processing activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
Integration Development & Support
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and IBM Maximo.
  • Support integration processes involving Purchase Orders, Suppliers, Receipts, and related procurement transactions.
  • Enhance and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, and scheduled ESS jobs.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, and SQL queries.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, reporting solutions, and operational support materials.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting and data insights.
Application Maintenance & Enhancements
  • Provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancements for PayApp, the organization's internally developed application.
  • Ensure seamless integration between PayApp and Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Support testing activities, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Problem Resolution
  • Work closely with business users, Oracle Support, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in system enhancement initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting or developing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Financials modules, including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Procurement.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, or related integration technologies.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues and supporting application enhancements.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle reporting tools, including BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP with IBM Maximo.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, testing, and release management processes.
  • Experience supporting enterprise financial systems and procurement workflows.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management practices.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new Oracle Cloud technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
