About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The role involves managing full project lifecycles, aligning ERP solutions with business needs, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ERP/D365 implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational strategy.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report on milestones.
Identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Drive change management and user adoption of ERP solutions.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred).
5+ years of experience managing ERP projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, or CRM).
Strong understanding of ERP workflows, integrations, and business processes.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
