Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage enterprise programs involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery, and aligning Dynamics 365 solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs (CRM/ERP).
Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
Define program roadmap, governance, and delivery frameworks.
Ensure successful implementation, integration, and adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure quality delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices across projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of IT experience with 3 5 years managing Dynamics 365 programs/projects.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) implementations.
Experience in program governance, stakeholder management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
