Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce testing, test automation, regression testing, and CRT Copado Robotic Testing). The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, integrations, configurations, enhancements, and releases while ensuring high-quality and reliable deployments.
The candidate should have hands-on experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments and be comfortable with both manual and automated testing.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience with strong Salesforce QA experience.
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer, Salesforce Tester, or Salesforce Automation Tester.
- Strong experience with CRT (Copado Robotic Testing) and Salesforce release validation.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and functionality.
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, or similar tools.
- Experience with API testing using REST/SOAP and tools such as Postman.
- Experience validating Salesforce integrations with external applications.
- Experience with Salesforce release and deployment testing.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect-management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing pipelines is preferred.
