CMS MIgration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced CMS Migration Consultant to lead the migration of existing Sitecore applications to open source platforms such as Drupal or WordPress.
The consultant must have deep hands on expertise with the Sitecore technology stack , including ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Framework or .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Sitecore XP or XM, Helix architecture, Experience Editor and Content Editor, Sitecore APIs and GraphQL, xConnect, personalization and analytics, Solr or Azure Search, Sitecore PowerShell Extensions, Sitecore Identity Server, and Azure PaaS deployments .
The role involves assessing current Sitecore architecture, templates, components, workflows, personalization rules, integrations, and content models; designing the target open source CMS architecture; mapping Sitecore constructs such as templates, renderings, workflows, and search to Drupal or WordPress equivalents; executing content, media, and metadata migration; rebuilding or refactoring components into Drupal modules or WordPress themes and plugins; ensuring SEO preservation, performance optimization, security hardening, and accessibility compliance; and leading testing, validation, documentation, training, and post migration support.
The ideal candidate has proven experience migrating Sitecore to Drupal or WordPress, strong PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST API skills , experience with cloud hosting such as AWS or Azure, and the ability to deliver a low risk migration with minimal SEO impact and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
