Job Title: AWS Infrastructure Support Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Summary Seeking an AWS Infrastructure Support Analyst to provide cloud operations, infrastructure support, monitoring, incident management, and operational excellence across AWS environments. The role requires supporting 24x7 cloud operations, maintaining system availability, and ensuring adherence to service management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AWS cloud operations and infrastructure services.
- Manage and support AWS EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, EBS, Route 53, and Load Balancers.
- Monitor and manage cloud environments using AWS CloudWatch.
- Perform AWS Backup administration and basic RDS administration.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Support networking operations including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewall concepts.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.
- Perform ServiceNow ITSM tool operations.
- Support basic security and access management functions.
- Provide shift-based 24x7 cloud operations support.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform incident triage and initial troubleshooting.
- Manage ticket queues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain SLA adherence and manage escalations appropriately.
- Execute and validate approved changes.
- Communicate status updates and resolutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.
