Job Title: Business Technology / Adoption & Sustainment Analyst
Duration: 1+ years (Potential to convert to FTE based on performance and budget at the time)
Location: San Diego, CA 92123 Hybrid (4 days in office, 1-day WFH - Friday)
Job Description:
Performs data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting. Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures. Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites. Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization. Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports. Documents reporting requirements and processes and validate data components as required. Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software. Strong analytical and organizational skills are also essential.

- Identify process gaps, user pain points, and optimization opportunities
- Maintain documentation and knowledge assets
- Human in the Loop for AI ChatBot
- Monitors Teams Chanels during and after Deployment

Interview Process: -There will be one round of interviews with the host manager and a supervisor.
