About the RoleWe are seeking a
Data Analyst I to support business operations through data collection, analysis, reporting, and solution adoption activities. This role serves as a bridge between technology and business teams, ensuring deployed solutions are effectively utilized, supported, and continuously improved.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. This position offers the potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities Solution Adoption & Business Support
- Monitor solution adoption, usage, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate user training, communications, and change management activities.
- Serve as the primary business support contact and escalation point.
- Monitor Microsoft Teams channels during and after solution deployments.
- Support Human-in-the-Loop processes for AI chatbot operations.
- Identify process gaps, user pain points, and opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain documentation, process guides, and knowledge assets.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
- Extract and analyze data from databases, manual files, and external data sources.
- Respond to data inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Create and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports.
- Document reporting requirements, methodologies, and processes.
- Validate data components and ensure data accuracy.
Technical Support
- Assist with testing activities and user acceptance testing.
- Support access management processes.
- Design, test, and document SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting and data processes.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma required.
- Some college coursework required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Knowledge of SQL query tools and/or statistical software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting business users during technology deployments.
- Familiarity with change management and training coordination.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools or chatbot support.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Technology-savvy with a continuous improvement mindset.
Work Schedule- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (Friday).
- Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
- Flexible end time between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
