Job Responsibilities:

Platform Administration
  • Administer and maintain Jellyfish, Amplitude, and related tooling platforms.
  • Manage platform configurations, permissions, user access, and security controls.
  • Ensure platform availability, reliability, and operational health.

Integrations & Data Quality
  • Design, implement, and support integrations between:
    • Azure DevOps
    • GitHub
    • Amplitude
    • Jellyfish
    • Data platforms
    • Future AI tooling ecosystems
  • Monitor integration health and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data flowing into platforms.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Provide insights to engineering leadership on:
    • Engineering productivity
    • Delivery metrics
    • Flow efficiency
    • Product adoption
    • User engagement
    • Operational performance
  • Validate metrics and ensure consistency across reporting sources.

Tool Adoption & Enablement
  • Support onboarding of new teams onto platforms.
  • Create standards, documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions and office hours.
  • Drive adoption of tooling best practices across teams.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as primary operational liaison with vendors.
  • Participate in vendor roadmap discussions.
  • Evaluate new features and platform capabilities.
  • Coordinate upgrades and releases.

Governance & Compliance
  • Establish tooling standards and operational controls.
  • Ensure platform usage aligns with organizational policies.
  • Support audits and compliance activities.

Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform utilization.
  • Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities.
  • Evaluate emerging engineering intelligence, analytics, and AI tooling platforms.


Must Have / Required:

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise software platforms.
  • Hands-on experience administering one or more of the following:
    • Jellyfish
    • Amplitude
    • Jira
    • Azure DevOps
    • GitHub Enterprise
    • Atlassian ecosystem
    • Product analytics platforms
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting integrations.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports.

Technical Skills:
  • REST APIs
  • Webhooks
  • SQL
  • Data analysis
  • SSO / SAML
  • User access management
  • Data visualization and reporting

Soft Skills:
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with engineering and product leadership.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into tooling solutions.
