About the Role: Opus Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sales Hunter to drive net new business development across the Banking, Financial Services, and Payments landscape. This role is focused on new logo acquisition, consultative selling, and building strategic relationships to enable digital transformation for leading financial institutions.

Roles & Responsibilties:

  • Drive new revenue growth by acquiring new logos in assigned regions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close Digital Banking & Payment Transformation projects.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through direct outreach, partner channels, and marketing-qualified leads.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to position solution-oriented offerings.
  • Lead consultative sales discussions, facilitate solutioning, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored digital transformation solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in selling IT Services to Banking, Financial Services, and Payments customers.
  • Proven success in new logo acquisition and consultative selling.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Banking, Payments, Cloud, and Data Analytics solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
