About the Role:

Opus Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to join us as Manager, focused on driving net new business development across the BFSI and Payments landscape. If you thrive in consultative selling, excel at building strategic relationships, and have a passion for digital transformation, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new revenue by targeting named accounts across assigned regions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close turnkey Digital Banking & Payment Transformation projects.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline via direct outreach, partner channels, and marketing-qualified leads.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to promote solution-oriented offerings.
  • Lead consultative sales discussions, facilitate solutioning, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored digital transformation solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles within Banking & Payments domains.
  • Proven success in selling Digital Banking solutions, including Application Development, Cloud, Data & Analytics.
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
