About the Role: Opus Technologies is seeking a quota-carrying Client Partner to manage and grow existing Banking & Financial Services (BFS) accounts. This role focuses on account farming and mining, driving revenue growth, and enabling digital transformation for clients in the Payments and BFSI sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Account Growth: Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize wallet share through strategic farming and mining.
  • Revenue Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas by driving revenue growth within assigned BFS accounts.
  • Consultative Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning Opus Technologies as a strategic partner.
  • Services/Solution Selling: Lead consultative discussions and present tailored solutions in Digital Banking, Payments, Cloud, and Data Analytics.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client needs and industry trends.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to support client transformation journeys and ensure successful solutioning.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on BFS industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years in client-facing roles within Banking, Financial Services, & Payments domains.
  • Proven success in account farming and mining with quota achievement.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Banking, Cloud, Data & Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • MBA preferred; willingness to travel across assigned territories.
