Your role As a Material Handler, your mission is to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products through our warehouse, optimizing storage, transportation, and supply processes to support our production lines and meet customer demands.You will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations, contributing to the overall success of our engineered to order industrial compressor business. You will report to the Material Handling Team Leader.
You will
- Receiving: Receive materials, identifying items without packing lists, assess resistance to oxidation, and handle large items without COG information.
- Shipping: Ensure accurate shipment of finished goods to customers, meeting delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Handling: Operate all PIT equipment to safely load/unload materials up to 50,000 lbs in all weather, and inspect aftermarket core assemblies for completeness and additional work or painting needs.
- Other: Optimize storage of purchased materials to ensure efficient use of space and easy access. Coordinate transportation and supply of components to production lines to maintain smooth and uninterrupted operations. Plan for future warehouse capacity requirements to accommodate growth and changes in demand.

- You have at least 1 year of experience working in a stockroom and using powered industrial trucks.
- You can safetly life and handle up to 50 lbs.
- You have knowledge of computerized inventory systems with ability to learn new equipment for the functions of the job.
- You work well with others.
