Title:	Billing Operations Business Analyst
Location:	OAKBROOK TERRACE Illinois 60181
Duration:	06 Months
Pay rate:	$61.50HR on w2 without PTO (No Paid Holiday or Sick leave).
Work authorization:	//EAD
Shift:	1st

Candidate MUSTHaves*

Direct experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and/or Meter Data Management (MDM)
Experience preferred in a regulated utility environment

Project Information

Supporting the billing operations team on various technical implementations of new customer programs and services

Responsibilities

Develop, organize, and present operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
Manage large datasets for analysis and reporting (operational, performance, and financial)
Participate in Billing IT projects (requirements gathering, test scenarios, UAT, change management)
Troubleshoot operational and IT issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams

Desired Experience

Bachelor s degree in Business or related field
High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of utility billing processes and customer service programs (rates, payments, service orders)
Familiarity with utility workflows: metertocash, outage management, customer interaction channels
Direct experience with Oracle CC&B and/or MDM in a regulated utility environment
Strong experience with testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution
Strong communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
