Develop, architect, and implement enterprise databases, scalable and secure data warehouse solutions to support BI and analytics, data models, database schemas, data pipelines, hybrid data solutions, storage solutions optimized for performance and scalability, cloud platforms, reusable frameworks, automated checks. Review data workflows, data requirements, operations, migration, transformation, bottlenecks, data governance practice, data lineage, data retention policies, vulnerability, compliance, regulatory standards, privacy and security policies, aggregation logic, ingestion, error handling, logging, job scheduling and streams, metadata, quality control, classification, data access controls, audits, legacy system modernization, consolidation, testing processes, data mapping logic, root cause, source system records, benefits, claims healthcare datasets, task resequencing, insurance policy data. Collaborate with teams, translate needs into technical solutions. Integrate data across cloud-based and on premises environments, automate data engineering, and perform scripting, troubleshooting, data cleansing, deduplication, querying, indexing, partitioning, coding. Maintain documentation, standards, and architecture diagrams. Identify problems, analyze client./user needs, recommend modifications. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing and working with data warehouses, data pipelines, cloud platforms, data workflows; reviewing performance, requirements, error handling; performing migration, legacy system modernization, scripting, partitioning, coding; using ETL, InfoSphere, DataStage, Informatica, AWS DMS, AWS, Snowflake, Oracle, S3, SQL Server, SQL, GitHub, PL/SQL. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,548 to $178,550/yr. /yr.
