Job Description:
The Iowa Department of Corrections is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide onsite technical support in a 24/7 environment. The candidate will support hardware, software, networking, and security systems across secure facilities.

Required Skills:

PC installation, imaging, configuration, maintenance
Network switches, wireless, fiber optics
Security systems, cameras, door controls
VoIP & phone systems support
Hardware troubleshooting & replacement
User account setup & access management
Work order tracking & root cause analysis
Strong customer service skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Additional Requirement: Must reside within commuting distance of Mount Pleasant, IA
