Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Location: Pleasanton, CA or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid; Onsite Once a week)
Duration: 9-month W2 contract (with possible extension)
Pay Rate: $65–$78/hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:
Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale transformation initiative for a leading retail organization. This role will focus on driving cultural and organizational change by enabling leaders and teams to achieve sustainable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support change management activities to drive organizational transformation and cultural evolution
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings to project teams and senior leadership
- Develop and recommend change strategies and plans aligned with business objectives
- Partner with leadership to identify and address organizational development and behavioral change challenges
- Design and deliver communication strategies to support change initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful rollout and adoption of programs
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field
- Proven experience driving culture change and improving organizational performance
- Strong experience conducting readiness assessments and translating insights into actionable plans
- Ability to influence and advise senior leaders on change strategies
