Title: Senior Business Analyst
Compensation: $130-150k/year
Overview
Seeking a Business Analyst to support internal business applications within a specialized industry environment. This role focuses on gathering requirements, supporting system enhancements, and partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements
- Partner with stakeholders to support application enhancements and new initiatives
- Work closely with development and QA teams through the full project lifecycle
- Support implementation of new systems and improvements to existing platforms
- Create documentation such as requirements, process flows, and functional specs
- Analyze systems and ask informed questions around design and functionality
Requirements
- Experience working on large-scale projects or system implementations
- Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams
- Understanding of application development and system design concepts
- Experience in a regulated or specialized industry environment preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, collaborative environment
