Kforce has a client that is seeking an Applications Development Analyst in Tallahassee, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect/Applications Development Analyst to support enterprise IT operations, application development, and service management initiatives. This role will focus on architecting, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with established IT processes, standards, and best practices. The ideal candidate is available immediately, can work full-time, and is comfortable working primarily onsite in Tallahassee, FL with limited remote flexibility as agreed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Architect, develop, and configure complex ServiceNow solutions to support IT operations
* Replicate and enhance existing ITSM core functionality and custom workflows, including automated forms and approvals
* Design and implement ServiceNow Service Catalog, customer portals, and online forms
* Configure and support integrations with Active Directory, Okta, Jira, and other systems
* Provide day-to-day ServiceNow configuration, development, administration, and troubleshooting
* Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
* Develop, test, implement, and support ServiceNow enhancements and automations
* Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and IT leadership
* Participate in knowledge transfer and provide technical guidance to internal teams
* Develop and execute test plans and provide development estimates
* Ensure compliance with established development methodologies, standards, and documentation requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Equivalent professional experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis
* Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture and core platform functionality
* Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
* Experience with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub/Workflow Data Fabric
* Experience with ServiceNow ITOM
* Advanced skills developing, testing, and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
* Experience working on complex, large-scale technology initiatives
* Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and manage assigned work
* Strong ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications:
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
* Knowledge of ITIL foundations and processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
