CMDB Quality Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking for a CMDB Quality Analyst in Dorla, FL.

Summary:
This role is a senior technical leader responsible for the strategic design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow across the enterprise. This role drives platform governance to ensure architectural integrity, and champions digital transformation through scalable and innovative ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, cross-functional leadership capabilities, and hands-on operational awareness, enabling them to align the platform with both business outcomes and technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain a scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architecture that aligns with enterprise goals and industry best practices
* Serve as the design authority for the ServiceNow platform across all business units and delivery partners
* Develop and manage a multi-year roadmap for platform capabilities and module expansion
* Lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, App Engine, and GRC/SecOps modules
* Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for custom applications, third-party integrations, and platform extensions leveraging scoped applications, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and low-code/no-code development capabilities within ServiceNow
* Collaborate with the ITSM Manager to oversee governance standards, including reusable component frameworks, architectural guardrails, naming conventions, and platform documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the ServiceNow ecosystem
* Support platform performance, capacity planning, and scalability assessments; Lead periodic health checks

REQUIREMENTS:
* ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) required; CIS in ITSM, ITOM preferred
* Additional certifications such as Application Developer, CMDB, or Performance Analytics are a strong plus
* 7+ years of progressive IT experience, with 4+ years as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer
* Experience designing and integrating third-party tools (e.g., SAP, Azure AD) via REST, SOAP, or IntegrationHub
* Deep hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Client Scripts
* Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 and experience applying it within enterprise ServiceNow implementations
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, DevOps pipelines, ATF, and CI/CD practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
