ServiceNow AI Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Brookhaven, GA that is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect that will help assess and deliver HRSD Agentic AI use cases.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* AI Strategy & Roadmap - Define AI vision aligned to enterprise and ServiceNow platform strategy; Identify high-value AI use cases (IT & HR)
* Solution Architecture - Design end-to-end AI-enabled workflows using ServiceNow AI capabilities; Architect integrations with enterprise data sources and external AI platforms
* Agentic & Generative AI Enablement - Design and govern AI Agents, Virtual Agent, and GenAI-powered experiences; Define prompt strategy, grounding approach, and model orchestration
* Data & Model - Establish AI governance, security, and compliance guardrails; Ensure responsible AI practices (privacy, bias mitigation, explainability)
* Platform - Leverage Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, ML models, and automation Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability
* Stakeholder Management - Partner with business, product owners, and platform teams; Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
* Innovation & Enablement - Lead POCs, pilots, and value realization

REQUIREMENTS:
* Deep HRSD implementation expertise
* ServiceNow core architecture mastery
* Strong command of the ServiceNow data model and extensibility
* Workflow/automation architecture
* Hands-on Now Assist for HRSD delivery
* Architecting -Copilot-integrated- agentic AI patterns with ServiceNow
* Enterprise data modeling skills
* Integration architecture
* Workday-to-ServiceNow integration experience (or equivalent HRIS)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
