RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow AI Developer in Brookhaven, GA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* AI & Agentic Solution Development - Build AI-powered and agentic workflows on the ServiceNow platform; Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents to autonomously execute multi-step business processes; Implement agentic workflows that combine decisioning, orchestration, and automation
* MCP & Advanced AI Integration - Implement and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) standards to enable secure, contextual AI interactions; Orchestrate multi-model and multi-agent communication using structured context exchange
* Ensure scalable, governed AI-agent interoperability across enterprise systems - Generative & Predictive AI Enablement; Configure and optimize Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent; Develop prompt engineering, grounding, and retrieval strategies for GenAI use cases; Train, test, and fine-tune ML models for classification, routing, and prediction Automation & Orchestration
* Integrate AI agents with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and external systems
* Enable autonomous ticket resolution, knowledge generation, and proactive recommendations
* Data, Security & Governance - Ensure compliant data access, AI guardrails, and responsible AI practices; Monitor model accuracy, performance, and continuous improvement
* Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with architects and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven business outcomes; Support POCs, pilots, demos, and production rollouts
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
