Technical Project Manager (Capital Markets)/Delivery Manager (Financial Services)

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management within Financial Services environments.

  • Regulatory and compliance requirements
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong project planning, decomposition, execution tracking, and delivery management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and alignment across multiple business and technical teams.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to drive accountability and execution in matrixed organizations without formal authority.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
