Project / Program Manager V

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Project/Program Manager V to join their Kuiper team in Redmond, WA.

Duties:
* Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
* Oversees all aspects of projects/program
* Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
* Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
* Performs a variety of tasks
* Leads and directs the work of others
* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

REQUIREMENTS:
* May require a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
* 8 years of relevant experience
* Ability to work in a team, collaboratively: 6+ years
* Cross - functional Team Leadership: 6+ years
* Integrated Master Schedule: 4 - 6 years
* Prepare action plans and schedules: 4 - 6 years
* Aerospace Industry Knowledge: 2 - 4 years
* Electromechanical Assemblies: 1 - 2 years
* Electromechanical Systems: 1 - 2 years
* Schedule Management
* Cross functional team leadership
* Risk Management
* Aerospace Testing
* Aerospace Design requirements
* Effective team collaboration
* Environmental testing
* Project/program skill schedule, Hardware Testing, and ATE test
* Technical electrical engineering, and software ER
* Team Lead. Aerospace, ATE Testing, Delivery Schedules, Manufacturing and Test Engineer, PCBA and Box Build experience
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
