- Define epics with a clear Definition of Done and groom user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Own the end-to-end testing strategy and coordinate UAT execution, defect resolution and documented stakeholder sign-off.
- Act as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, make timely, well-reasoned decisions, and communicate scope, schedule and quality trade-offs clearly.
- Develop practical options when constraints arise, and track agreed actions to completion with clear owners and dates.
- Adjust plans as priorities and constraints change, and raise risks early with clear ownership of follow-up actions.

- Serve as the primary technology counterpart for business partners, translating needs into practical platform solutions.
- Partner with the Product Manager to shape the roadmap and set priorities.
- Build trusted relationships across business, IT and regional teams, and incorporate diverse perspectives into solution decisions.
- Define and track value measures such as adoption, compliance timeliness and data quality.
- Provide regular, proactive updates on status, risks and decisions, tailor communication to each audience, and translate technical issues into business language during incidents.
Partner Oversight & Knowledge Sharing
- Provide technical direction to implementation partners and support teams, and hold them to clear quality standards.
