  • Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, external platforms, and dependent systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers, implementation teams, and technical resources.
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks, technical dependencies, integration challenges, and platform limitations.
  • Evaluate customization requirements and recommend configuration-first solutions wherever possible.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow architecture standards, governance frameworks, and recommended implementation practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with strong architecture and solution design expertise.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • Hands-on experience with Total Productive Services Management (TPSM) and core ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow customization, configuration, and upgrade best practices.
  • Experience establishing and enforcing technical governance and architecture standards.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and enterprise architecture groups.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant CIS certifications, particularly in SPM.
  • Experience with large-scale ServiceNow transformation and implementation programs.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow upgrade strategies, performance optimization, and platform governance.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple integrations and business units.
