Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for an Access Management / Identity Management Specialist to support our proposal effort for CDC IAO contract Status: Proposal Effort (role is contingent upon contract award)
Work Location: INSCOM Nolan Building, Fort Belvoir, VA, Ft. Liberty, NC, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, and Ft. Huachuca, AZ (Onsite).
Position Overview: - Manages user access, identity governance, and security controls across DCD systems and networks. Ensures compliance with DoD cybersecurity and access control policies.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage user provisioning and access control
- Enforce identity and access management policies
- Monitor system access and audit logs
- Support authentication systems and secure access solutions
- Ensure compliance with DoD security frameworks
- Troubleshoot access and authentication issues
Required Qualifications: - 3-6+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or system administration
- Experience with Active Directory and identity management tools
- Knowledge of DoD security policies and access controls
- Experience with privileged access management
Certifications - Required: IAT Level II (Security+, etc.)
- Preferred: IAM or cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM)
Education - Bachelor's degree in preferred
Clearance - Top Secret / SCI required
- CI Poly eligibility
