Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) / Data Transfer Analyst to support our proposal effort for CDC IAO contract. Work Location: INSCOM Nolan Building, Fort Belvoir, VA, Ft. Liberty, NC, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, and Ft. Huachuca, AZ (Onsite).
Position Overview: - Supports cross-domain intelligence dissemination and secure data transfers across multiple classified and coalition networks. Ensures compliance with DoD and IC security policies while enabling timely intelligence sharing.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cross-domain file transfers (high-to-low and low-to-high)
- Perform Reliable Human Reviews (2-person rule) for classified data
- Execute metadata tagging and content enrichment
- Monitor and disseminate intelligence products across networks
- Maintain audit logs (ADAM, task logs)
- Process intelligence tearlines via Message Processing System (MPS)
- Maintain SOPs for cross-domain operations
- Support automated and manual transfer processes
- Ensure compliance with classification and handling standards
Required Qualifications: - 3-7+ years in intelligence, cyber, or data operations
- Experience with classified networks (JWICS, SIPRNET, NIPRNET)
- Knowledge of cross-domain transfer procedures and security protocols
- Experience handling classified data and dissemination workflows
Certifications: - Required: DoD 8140 / IAT Level II (Security+, CySA+, etc.)
- Required: Data Transfer Agent (DTA) certification (within 30 days)
Education: - Bachelor's preferred (Cyber, Intelligence, IT, or related) OR equivalent experience
Clearance: - Top Secret / SCI required
- CI Poly eligibility
