Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional delivery of Oracle Cloud PBCS from requirements gathering and design through build, UAT, and go-live support
Facilitate workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to capture planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements
Design and configure PBCS application components: dimensions, forms, business rules, dashboards, and Smart View integration
Manage data integration design between PBCS and source ERP/GL systems (Oracle Fusion or other)
Guide clients through data migration strategy, parallel testing, and cutover planning
Conduct end-user training and produce functional documentation including user guides and admin runbooks
Collaborate with technical resources on Groovy scripts, Data Management (FDMEE/Data Integration), and REST API integrations

Qualifications

Must-Have

Nice-to-Have

Minimum 3 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud PBCS implementations completed

Strong functional expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation

Hands-on with PBCS form design, business rules, calc scripts, and dimension management

Proficiency with Smart View, EPM Automate, and Data Management / FDMEE

Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills

Experience with EPBCS modules Strategic Modeling, Workforce, Capital, Projects

Familiarity with Narrative Reporting (EPRCS) or Account Reconciliation (ARCS)

Background working alongside Oracle ERP Fusion Finance implementations

Oracle EPM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist credential

Prior experience in a Big 4, Oracle Partner, or boutique EPM consulting firm
