Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Functional Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise planning and budgeting solutions using Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate financial planning requirements into scalable cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Design and configure EPBCS modules such as:

Financials
Workforce Planning
Capital Planning
Projects

Develop business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports
Manage data integration using tools like:

Data Management / Data Integration
Smart View

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud)
Perform system testing (UAT, SIT) and support deployments
Provide end-user training and documentation
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support
Ensure best practices in financial modeling and system design

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
3 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions, specifically EPBCS
Strong understanding of:

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Hands-on experience with:

Business rules (Calculation Manager)
Smart View reporting
Metadata and data management

Knowledge of integration tools (FDMEE / Data Integration)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other Oracle EPM tools (e.g., FCCS, ARCS)
Familiarity with scripting (Groovy, basic SQL)
Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments
