Job Title: Test lead

Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Total 10+ years of experience in QA.
- Strong experience in automation tools such as Selenium.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Java.
- Experience with API testing tools like REST Assured and Postman.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with test frameworks including TestNG, JUnit, BDD, Cucumber, and Spec Flow.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of Playwright is preferred.
- Knowledge of test data management and environment setup.
- Experience in risk-based testing and defect lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the automation strategy aligned with project and organizational goals.
- Estimate and establish automation efforts, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility testing.
- Oversee automated test creation, execution, and maintenance.
- Analyze automation results and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
- Work closely with development, DevOps, and business teams.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Drive shift-left testing and continuous testing practices.
- Design and develop test cases and test scripts.
- Lead a team of automation engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
