IT Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Analyst in Jacksonville, FL.

Summary:
This position plays a key role in supporting and improving the organization's technology landscape. This position combines hands-on user support with responsibility for business systems, reporting, automation, and internal technology initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with teams across the company to resolve technical issues, support core applications, deliver insights through data and reporting, and help implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* IT Analyst will serve as a primary point of contact for technical support related to end-user systems and enterprise applications
* Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, system integrations, permissions, and user access
* Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to plan and execute system updates, patches, and enhancements
* Support both cloud-based and on-premise environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure-based platforms
* Develop, maintain, and refine recurring reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
* Create efficiencies through scripting and automation of reports and business processes
* Respond to ad hoc data requests, analysis needs, and system integrations from business teams
* As an IT Analyst, you will participate in or lead internal IT initiatives, including implementation, documentation, and user enablement
* Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Coordinate timelines, tasks, and dependencies across cross-functional project teams
* Monitor and report on project milestones, risks, and outcomes using standard project management practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
