We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Designer to join an Experience Design team spanning UI Design, Industrial Design, and User Experience within a broader innovation organization. This role blends strong visual design fundamentals with modern UI design and systems thinking. You will design intuitive, scalable user interfaces for IoT-enabled equipment, embedded displays, web applications, and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with global brand standards while evolving those standards for digital experiences. You will work autonomously on projects while collaborating closely with UX, Engineering, Industrial Design, and Product teams, and support usability testing and user research to deliver user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design intuitive user interfaces for embedded UIs, web applications, and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate flows, states, and interactions.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI specifications, and component libraries with scalability and reuse in mind.
Define information architecture, user journeys, and site maps.
Execute designs within global brand standards, adapting them for digital and embedded experiences.
Lead UI design for assigned projects and collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering through design and implementation.
Support usability testing, incorporate feedback, and participate in design critiques.
Qualifications:
4 10 years of experience in UI or Product Design.
Bachelor s degree in a relevant design field or equivalent experience.
Expert proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, design systems).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong visual design skills: typography, color, layout, iconography.
Experience designing web and mobile applications and working within established design systems.
Strong communication skills and a portfolio demonstrating UI design for digital products.
Nice to have: experience with embedded systems, IoT, HTML/CSS, accessibility (WCAG), and usability research.
