Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of product design across: - Web application dashboards - iOS mobile applications - Android mobile applications
This role goes beyond visual design. You will work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to design user flows, define system-level UX, and translate complex functionality into simple, intuitive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
UX & Product Design
Design end-to-end user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interaction models
Create flow charts, process diagrams, and system maps to clearly represent product logic
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine workflows and requirements
Ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across all platforms
UI Design
Design modern, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces for:
Web app dashboards
iOS applications
Android applications
1.Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving product requirements
Balance speed, quality, and usability in a fast-paced startup environment
Required Skills & Experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work for both web and mobile applications
Proven experience designing dashboards and complex product workflows
Proficiency with Figma (required)
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
Ability to think in systems, not just individual screens
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisions
Nice to Have
Experience designing AI-powered, data-heavy, or automation-focused products
Startup or early-stage product experience
Familiarity working closely with engineers and product leads
Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
