SAP HCM Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP HR Payroll operational activities
• Assist with Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
• Manage benefits administration and payroll processes
• Support Time Management and employee leave management
• Assist with payroll reconciliation and financial reporting
• Provide Employee and Manager Self-Service support
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process consistency
• Provide day-to-day functional support and issue resolution
• Center of Excellence (COE)
• The COE provides system configuration, development oversight, and strategic improvements.
• Lead functional configuration and system enhancements
• Support SAP HCM integrations with finance modules
• Conduct business process analysis and system optimization
• Develop and enhance reports and analytics
• Provide break-fix support and system maintenance
• Assist with SAP upgrades, patches, and improvements
• Collaborate with IT teams, SAP developers, and Azure cloud services
• Support system monitoring tools and integrations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM modules
• Experience supporting large SAP implementations
• Experience with HR Payroll and Finance integrations
• Strong understanding of public sector or large enterprise HR systems
• Ability to analyze business processes and design SAP solutions

• Support integration with third-party systems and court applications
