We are seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing professional to lead social media, influencer, and paid digital media initiatives across the U.S. and LATAM. This role will serve as the regional subject matter expert, driving culturally relevant campaigns that elevate brand presence and engagement. You will develop and execute integrated social and influencer strategies aligned with global priorities while localizing content for regional audiences.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end influencer partnerships, paid media campaigns, and multi-platform social programs across channels like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will oversee content calendars, campaign execution, and real-time engagement, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.
This role requires strong analytical skills to track performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, regional marketing, and agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-time activations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
