Job Description:

We are seeking a senior-level Kinaxis RapidResponse professional to lead supply chain planning and optimization initiatives. This role involves configuring the platform, driving solution design, and partnering with global stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse applications.
  • Drive end-to-end supply chain planning across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic requirements into system solutions.
  • Develop and optimize dashboards, scenarios, and analytics for decision-making.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and business users.
  • Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP APO, SAP ECC, or similar).
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain agility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, IT consulting, or solution architecture.
  • Proven expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP APO, SAP ECC preferred).
