Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using a variety of tools and technologies, including:
o Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) inbound and outbound
o Workday Connectors including Cloud Connect and packaged connectors
o Report as a Service (RaaS) for data extraction and reporting integrations
o Workday Extend/Cloud Integration (WECI) for custom integration development
o Workday APIs REST and SOAP-based web services
Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration touchpoints
Provide guidance and support to internal team members and business stakeholders on integration best practices
Manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations
Proficiency with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) both inbound and outbound configurations
Proficiency with Workday Connectors, including Cloud Connect
Strong working knowledge of RaaS (Report as a Service)
Hands-on experience with WECI (Workday Extend/Cloud Integration)
Proficiency with Workday APIs (REST/SOAP/Web Services)
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and implement effective solutions
Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies
Experience with Workday Studio is a plus
Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits departments
