Workday Systems Integration Analyst

Description

We are looking for a skilled Workday Systems Integration Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to lead integration efforts for Workday Finance, ensuring seamless connectivity with other systems. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in Workday integrations and financial processes along with strong functional knowledge to support operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the integration of Workday Finance modules with external systems, ensuring efficient data flow and functionality.
Develop and maintain technical solutions, including APIs, to support seamless system interactions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for integration projects.
Configure and manage Workday systems to align with organizational needs and compliance standards.
Provide troubleshooting and support for integration-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and system updates.
Lead efforts to optimize integration performance and scalability.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.
Develop client-side scripts to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Stay updated on Workday capabilities and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience with Workday integration processes and financial systems.
Strong knowledge of API development and client-side scripting.
Familiarity with creating and managing business requirement documents.
Expertise in configuration management for ERP or CRM systems.
Experience in Salesforce development is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
