Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee the technology operations of our organization in Florham Park, New Jersey. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, enhancing automation, ensuring data accuracy, and driving system integrations to support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership, a collaborative approach, and the ability to create scalable solutions that align with our company's goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring secure access, device management, and robust security protocols.
Develop and implement automation strategies that leverage AI to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Manage data governance across all departments, ensuring data accuracy and reporting consistency.
Lead the integration of systems across platforms including sales, finance, and operations tools.
Evaluate and optimize technology tools, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Maintain the stability and security of IT platforms while supporting business operations.
Drive AI and automation initiatives, aligning them with measurable business objectives.
Build and lead a multi-functional technology team, fostering collaboration and technical growth.
Create and manage the company's technology roadmap, aligning it with long-term strategies.
Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals.
Requirements
Proven experience leading technology operations in eCommerce, retail, or distribution sectors.
Strong background in systems integration and middleware technologies.
Demonstrated expertise with platforms such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Sage Intacct.
Proficiency in Active Directory, configuration management, and backup technologies.
Working knowledge of AI and automation applications in business operations.
Ability to simplify complex systems and implement scalable solutions.
Track record of developing and mentoring technical teams.
Comfortable engaging in both high-level strategy discussions and detailed technical problem-solving.
