Job Title: Senior Pega Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and support Pega-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Pega PRPC platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC
Implement Pega best practices for case management and workflow automation
Work on Pega rules, flows, activities, and UI components
Develop and maintain Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
Support deployments and post-production issues
Mentor junior Pega developers and review code
Ensure application security, scalability, and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of IT experience with 9+ years in Pega development
Strong experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
Hands-on with Case Management, BPM, and Workflow
Experience with Pega Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS)
Strong understanding of OOP concepts
Experience with SQL and RDBMS
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
