A growing home builder is seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and can take ownership of the full accounting cycle while supporting multiple entities.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate job costing records and support work-in-progress tracking
  • Handle payroll processing and related entries
  • Support intercompany transactions across multiple entities
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  • Assist with budgeting and provide reporting support as needed
  • Collaborate with leadership and accounting team to improve processes

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
  • Experience in construction accounting required
  • Understanding of job costing and WIP reporting
  • Multi-entity accounting experience is a plus
  • Experience in Sage 300/Timberline and QuickBooks is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
