Hansen Talent Group is hiring a IT Program Manager to support an Information Systems team.
This role is responsible for leading multiple project efforts from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, drive communication, and provide leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects of varying size and complexity
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Track milestones, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet project objectives
• Identify risks, issues, and resource constraints; escalate as needed
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders, including leadership and project teams
• Ensure all project documentation meets audit and compliance standards
• Manage project scope changes and communicate impacts effectively
• Coordinate resources and ensure alignment with project goals
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members
• Provide oversight across multiple work efforts and conduct peer reviews
What You’ll Need
• IT experience in a leadership capacity
• 4+ years managing multiple concurrent project teams
• Strong experience with project planning, risk management, and delivery execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
